In order to safely navigate through the global COVID19 pandemic we have put into place policies with which to protect our staff and customers, and to minimize infectious spread.

Plexpack prides itself on providing excellent service to all our customers, and we continue to do everything in our power to maintain our service during these uncertain times.

Guided by recommendations made by Health Canada and the Government of Ontario, as well as recommendations of the United States Public Health Service, we have put into place health policies at our own facilityto protect the health and safety of our staff.

In keeping with these policies, andto extend them outside of our facility, only consented and essential service will be provided on-site by Plexpack technicians at this time.

We insist that any/all Plexpack employee entering a customer’s facilities for the purpose of service:

➢Has the right to wear PPE including masks/face coveringsand gloves

➢Has the right to maintain 6ft of distance between any persons

➢Has the right to break at any time for the purposes of maintaining hygiene andsanitization

➢Has the right to leave a facility at any point if they feel unsafeor are put in an unsafe situation

➢Has the right to refuse work if they feel unsafe or are put in an unsafe situation

As alternatives to customer onsite work, our technicians are available for remote service by phone, video conference, email, chat, and website portal.
