All Damark Combo Systems provide quick changeover and easy film load, intuitive controls and precise seal and wrapping adjustments for strong, accurate shrink wrapping. Combo Systems include the same precise controls and adjustments for speed, temperature, and wrapping as our industry leading stand-alone L-Bar sealers.

How do I correct seal-wire breakage?

How do I clean my sealer?

Routine cleaning is important in maintaining the correct function of your machine and will extend the longevity of your equipment. Depending on your production environment your machine may require more or less cleaning. Generally, your machine should be cleaned once every two weeks and the seal wire or hot knife should be cleaned daily

To clean your machine simply wipe down with a clean cloth using water and light liquid detergent. Do not use any corrosive solvents. Do not expose machine to "washdown" procedure. Do not expose internal components to liquids of any kind. 

How do I adjust conveyor tracking on my MP combo system?

Prior to shipping from the factory, your MP Series machine was operated for a minimum of four hours to check the tracking of the conveyor belt. It is advisable, particularly when you have just installed your new unit, to carefully watch the conveyor belt to make sure the tracking is maintained.
